As a corporate photographer, I'm passionate about creating portraits in unusual places! I had the opportunity to collaborate with Forces Motrices Hongrin-Léman to create a trombinoscope for the organization of planning and personnel management. The aim: to capture each employee by highlighting their unique working environment. Carved out of the rock, the site is a veritable labyrinth leading to gigantic work rooms.
For this corporate photography project, it seemed only natural to install the employees in front of a masterpiece of electricity production: a Pelton wheel! Impressive, weighing in at over 10 tonnes and over two metres in diameter! It was quite a technical challenge, but the team liked my idea and we found an ideal location that convinced everyone.
Once the decor had been set up and the flashes adjusted, all the employees gathered for the corporate shoot in a relaxed atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to see how comfortable they were in front of the lens! As a corporate photographer, it's a pleasure to create authentic portraits where employees feel like themselves.
The team then selected the final photos, and I began retouching. Thanks to the lighting we worked on beforehand, adjustments were kept to a minimum: colorimetry and framing of faces at the same height for optimum visual consistency.
For the prints, it was difficult to find an A4 format (this is when I should have kept my cartridge-hungry printer).
I managed to find a company in Vevey https://multicop.ch/ that produces the desired format and with UV-resistant inks 🥳.
Why choose a corporate photographer for your professional portraits?
Choosing a photographer who specializes in corporate photography allows you to create a strong, authentic visual identity that reflects your company's values. Portraits taken in the everyday working environment enhance the value of employees and reinforce their sense of belonging. With a technical and creative approach, I strive to offer companies portraits that go beyond simple photos: a testimony to the company's environment and spirit.
Would you like your company to set up a similar portrait project?
Yes, that's a great idea!
Why not, depending on the context.
No, I'm not interested.
